Roles and Responsibilities

• To facilitate the student with the development of an internship contract that will be negotiated with the field instructors
• To demonstrate an interest in and commitment to student academics with a willingness to assign staff time and energy to intern supervision.
• To provide adequate training and supervision to make internships a real learning experience
• To provide the tools, materials and equipment needed for the intern for the able completion of cost productive assignments.
• To enable students to delegate the responsibilities requiring the use of administrative skills, under the guidance and leadership of their supervising administrators.
• To establish a supervisory structure for students’ progress monitoring and feedback process to ensure the internships are proceeding as planned.
